  1. Orders placed will be processed only after authorization has been received from the Credit/debit Card Processing Company.
  2. All transactions are paid in US Dollar will be billed by our US bank Merchant account and will appear as KUzoo LLC. on your credit card statement. All Foreign currency transaction will be billed in customers local currency as showed on website.
  3. Order once placed cannot be cancelled as it is booked with suppliers and couriers.
  4. Gift sentiments Online reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

– Customer fails to provide verification if requested or contacted.

– Order fails security checks.

  1. Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible due to reasons beyond our control, such as non-availability in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints.
  2. The Pictures are for guidance purpose, We cover more then 158 Cities of Pakistan and every city has there own way of presentation, whether its cakes, flowers or fruit basket and it is Impossible to post pictures of all cities products on one website, so the actual product may differ from the Picture, However we fully guarantee the quality and quantity of the product mentioned on our website..
  3. We reserve the right to offer substitute products for equal or greater value, incase of unavailability, These include Roses to Mix Flowers, Cake Flavors, Children Toys, All clothing’s and items in food basket.
  4. Customer can give special instruction as a request in order form regarding delivery timings, cake flavors, cake messages, fruits choices etc, however we do not guarantee to fulfill request(s) and no refund or cancellation is possible if request are not fulfilled.
  5. In event of supply difficulty, we reserve the full rights to replace flower colors and cake flavors.
  6. We use one of the best suppliers available in the country. However If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact us with your order number and complaint within 2 days after delivery for replacement instructions. We do not offer refund, only replacement will be offered in such case, The product should be in its original unused form for return. Our customer service department will investigate the complaint. We do not entertain any complaints for food meals and dunkin donuts as these products cannot be tasted before delivery nor they offer any replacement to customers.
  7. A refund is only possible if we fail to deliver your item , However if your order is on hold due to address problem or incorrect telephone number provided then in such case a refund will not be offered and we will redeliver the item next day, This will void all warranties on product quality, as your items are purchased and they go in our storage and loose its freshness.
  8. We can never predict what awaits us, traffic jams, suppliers items not ready for delivery,  law and order issues, rainy weather, we unfortunately can’t guarantee delivery times, we will try our best to deliver within office hours though.
  9. We may not cover high alert areas of Karachi like Lyari, and Katti Pahari. We may speak to receiver to collect items from a meeting point.
