We do our best to deliver fresh and quality gifts. If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, launch a complain within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will investigate into the issue and will arrange a re-delivery of the item. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
No Refund can be issued for failed delivery arising due to: invalid address, no response at the receiver address, or if the receiver denies to take the delivery.
If you order more than one gift item, there is a possibility that both gifts may reach the receiver at different times on the delivery date. This is because we use different delivery networks depending on the item and route. However all gifts are ensured to reach the receiver on your specified delivery date.

As soon as an order is authorised for payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will indicate your order number that you can refer to later for checking the status.
The delivery of the ordered items has two steps – giftsentiments online delivery to the courier and the Courier’s delivery to you. When we indicate “Normally ships in 72 hours” against an album, what we mean is that it will take us 72 hours to deliver the ordered items to the Courier. To this, you must add the transportation time, which is typically 1-3 days, depending on the place of delivery.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, alongwith the Consignment number under which it has been shipped. If you want to call the Courier to follow up, you can use this number.
All shipments are free of charge.
All your orders are packaged at our warehouse and shipped to you by overnight express courier service of our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart Express Limited. The shipments picked up from us by Blue Dart in the evening are typically delivered to you by afternoon on the following day.
