What is the shipping and handling cost that I have to pay?
Answer. There are no additional costs for shipping and handling of your orders. The delivery charges are already added in the price listed on Gift Sentiments Online. If there are any extra charges, they will be mentioned along the price.

What is quality assurance of the products offered?
Answer. All of our products come from the finest manufacturers and vendors. We take pride in delivering the finest quality products to our customers and their loved ones. We provide high quality products for your loved ones so that you can send your Gifts & sentiments across the globe to your friends and family in Pakistan.

What are the delivery options?
Answer. We use our partner couriers for delivering your orders. Depending on the nature of your order and the location of the receiver, delivery can be done in 5 business days after receiving of your payment/ transaction.

Can I track my order?
Answer. Yes you can track your order through sending an Email  to track@giftsentiments.com or use Track your order option upper right side of page,  our customer service staff will reply back with the details and status of your order. It usually takes 4 to 16 hours to reply back during business days.

Are the personal information provided safe on this website?
Answer. All personal information provided on our website is safe. This includes your information, name, address, phone number, emails of your family and friends who will be receiving the gift. We do not share any information with third parties other than our trusted business partners and couriers who will be delivering the products.

WILL THE GIFT LOOK EXACTLY SHOWED IN THE PICTURE?
Answer. Every city has their own arrangement and presentation, therefore the product may look slightly different then pictures.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE TO GIVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
Answer. Our payment pages are very secure.. We use world famous PayPal gateway for approvals and after taking an approval, your PayPal card or credit/debit card information is immediately deleted from records. Your credit/debit card information is very safe.

Can I order from UK?
Answer. Currently this service is available only from USA and Canada. If you are willing to pay VAT in UK we can provide the service to you. Please reach out to our customer service.

Is shipping is free of cost?
Answer. Yes, the shipping charges are free of cost.

What is the average delivery time?
Answer. 5 working days/business days after completion of Payment/transaction.

Stock availability
Answer. We stock most of the items. Some seasonal items will often get sold out, replenishing of which depends on market conditions. If something you like is sold out, please reach out to us. Once stock is available we will let you know.

If I cancel the order, will you refund the order price?
Answer. We will do a refund, only if the order is cancelled before the shipment is dispatched.

What is the acknowledgement for order placed?
Answer. You will receive a four digit order number to your registered email address.
